Bie Heyninck - partner
Bie Heyninck is the founder and managing partner of the law firm Heyninck & Partners. A Belgian lawyer, she has been based in Prague since 1993. Over 15 years Bie Heyninck has become a well known advisor in the Czech Republic for many Belgian and Dutch SME’s and multinationals.
Bie studied law at the University of Antwerp and is also a laureate in export management. She is registered as a lawyer with both the Brussels Bar Association and the Czech Bar Association. She chairs the joint Czech-Belgium-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce and is a partner of the Belgian Agoria Federation.
Bie specialises in corporate law. She is strong in negotiations, conflict mediation and legal analysis. Recently she successfully completed training in mediation. She speaks Dutch, Czech and English.
