Heyninck & Partners is an independent specialized law firm for Belgian and Dutch companies which want to do business in the Czech Republic and for Czech entrepreneurs who intend to do business in the Belgian or Dutch market. We have a vast knowledge of the Czech legal and economic system and are constantly building useful contacts and relationships.
With all members of our team our clients may count on respect, openness and integrity. Our approach is proactive and flexible. Our advice is of a high legal quality, on top of it all, it is also well thought out, specific to your needs and practical. The goal is to avoid conflicts between parties or to solve existing conflicts as soon as possible so our clients can concentrate on the business itself.
